Q / How do I setup my EyePrompt DSLR Teleprompter.

A / Please see the product Handbook.

Q / Can I mount the iPad or Monitor for 'direct read' if I am using a light ring for green screen or need to use the DSLR prompter without the hood and glass.

A / Yes, you can mount displays and accessories to the DSLR teleprompter using a  Magic Arm. There are 1/4" mounting points on both sides of the camera mounting plate.

Q / How do I clean the prompter glass?

A / The prompter glass is best cleaned with tepid water and a small amount of detergent; rinsed then left to air dry and polished very gently with your microfibre cloth. No strong solvents or abrasive cleaners should be used. If the glass coatings are damaged it cannot be repaired and will have to be replaced.

A / All our products carry a 1 year warranty.

Q / If I have problem with a product who should I contact?

Q / Is there any light loss shooting though the teleprompter glass?

A / Yes, the light loss is approximately half a stop.

Q / When I fit the beam splitter glass in the hood which way round should it be?

A / There is a label on the top edge of the glass that says 'This side out' identifying the correct side.
